key to small business successMy name is Jackie Demski and I am the owner and president of Administrative Solutions Plus. I have over 20+ years of administrative experience with Johns Hopkins University and I have maintained my skill set by taking multiple business-related courses on an ongoing basis.

In addition to standard administrative experience, such as typing, database management, data entry, power point presentations, travel coordination, event planning, etc., I also have significant experience with medical transcription, research – grant submission, budget maintenance, audit management, and insurance/billing experience.

I am proud to say that I have received the highest rating on all of my performance evaluations. My strengths include strong communication, flexibility, attention to detail, organization, ability to get along with others, and excellent customer service skills.  

I always had the desire to start my own business. Although I had an excellent job at Hopkins, about a year or so ago I needed to take care of my niece due to family reasons. As my life changed dramatically, I thought that I would utilize my skill set to be a stay at home caretaker and still work at doing what I do best.

The mission of my company is to provide administrative services to allow small business owners, non-profit organizations, independent practitioners, and anyone else who needs office-related, organizational and personal assistant tasks the ability to achieve results with less expense.
