1. How can Administrative Solutions PLUS help my business?
Administrative Solutions Plus can help you grow your business by taking care of all of your admin tasks and projects which monopolize your time. This outsourcing of administrative tasks will enable you to “work smarter to achieve results with less expense.”
2. What does the PLUS mean in your company’s name?
Under my services page, I list all of my admin support services as well as other services that match my passion and my skill set. Besides my years of experience, performance, and personal enjoyment for the admininstrative services part of my company – the “PLUS” stands for other tasks or functions that I thoroughly enjoy and have strong capabilities to complete, such as office or home organization (from your office to your kitchen pantry), event planning, reviewing and coordinating medical bills to maximize payment, scheduling personal appointments, providing concierge services, etc. The “plus” is going the extra mile and providing the services that are unique to what my client needs to get the job done.
3. What do you charge for your services?
My “fee for service” model is very simple to ensure easy and efficient pricing. Pricing ranges from $25 - $50 per hour depending on the complexity of project. Please see my administrative services pricing page for more details.
4. Are you available to meet in person?
Yes, if this is more convenient and efficient for you and your business.
5. How can we communicate?
In addition to email, I think it is important and effective to schedule regular sessions via the telephone if needed and/or appropriate to the scope of the project.
6. Are there any agreements to sign?
Yes, I do have an Independent Contractor Form for the security and safety of myself and my clients.
7. What is your turnaround time?
I can turnaround in 24-48 hrs if needed for less complex projects.
8. Will you be devoted entirely to my tasks?
Within the scope of our agreement, I will be entirely devoted to your task.
9. How do you track your time?
I keep progress notes and time reports on each client for their particular project or task. This enables me to track progress and time spent on projects for multiple clients, which also keeps my clients up to date.
